how to import commission from csv files

Any one can tell me how to modify the csv loader initial file to include commission?

Format.1.SkipRow=0

Format.1.Separator=,

Format.1.DateFormat=dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm:ss

Format.1.LineFormat=Ticket,OpenTime,Action,Size,Symbol,OpenPrice,ClosePrice,Unused,CloseTime,Unused,Unused,Unused,Unused,PL,???(commission)

try to use CommSwap column name to import the commission value
