How To Set Trades To Open Only After 2am on Mondays

In EA wizard, how do I set the IF condition where I like the EA to  transact only after 2 am on Mondays.

 

Based on broker time, the market opens at 1 am on Mondays after closing for the weekend. To avoid  the spikes/gaps and volatility, if any at opening times and to give the market say 1 hour to settle down, I would like the EA to open transactions only from 2am onwards.  Take note that this condition is only at the beginning of the week ie from 2 am Mondays and does not affect the other days in the week.

 

In the wizard, how do I combine the commands for day (Monday) and time (2am) together?

Just tried it out. 

 

Your conditions only allow transactions on Mondays (> =2 am).  They dont allow transactions for the rest of the days in the week.  As described above, I only want to block the time from `market opening on Monday  to `2 am Monday’. Or to put it in another way, only start trading after Monday 2am.
