3 Data Parts Approach

I am about to re-visit the “3 Data Parts Approach”.

I toyed around with this for a while, but found that evolution always restarted after the minimum number of generations I specified in “Restart if fitness of IS Validation stagnates…”

Can someone who is using this method please share some tips?
