How to limit one trade to a bar

How do I limit one trade to a bar(M1 or M5 or M30) and not triggering a trade at the opening bar, so “Isbaropen” is out.

do you mean you always close “at bar end / close” but you can open a trade anytime after bar opens and remains changing?
