I am keen to find out from SQ users how accurately the SQ walk fwd / retest  matches real life on ‘reasonable’ broker spreads.

i.e.

1. Run live on NT or MT4 for a while (days / weeks)

2. Update the market data for the same instruments in SQ

3. Run the same strategy again in SQ (Retest strategy)

4. Compare trades. (prices and times)

Any info appreciated.

thanks

Over all good,

some minor differences might show up because the majority of us use other data to develop our strategies on and then trade on other data.., so few minor results differences should follow..

of-course it depends also if you stress-tested your strategy correctly before putting it on live/demo real-time trading, stress-tests as slippages spreads etc,, you know.. the usual MC stuff,,
