EA Wizard does not verify my license code

Hello Strategy Quant Team!
I just bought a new notebook and wanted to run the EA Wizard on it, but after following your instructions on your website, it still doesn’t verify the license code. I already tried to reset the license code several times, but still doesn’t work and now I can’t reset my license code any more.
Could you please help me with resetting my license to work on my new notebook.
