Please advise on how I can get a refund.

I’m within the money back guarantee pledge. Emailed the “priority” address, but not got a response.

I’m sorry, but we don’t offer refunds on StrategyQuant, it is clearly stated on the purchase page. There is a trial version of StrategyQuant, so you can try the program before you buy it.

We offer refunds only for EA Wizard, because this program doesn’t have trial version.
