Hello everybody! 🙂

I’m new to this and I have a strategy already. And I want to know how can I check a former condition if it is met or not before open a trade.

In my case for a long trade is open when the Main is crossing the 25 Line BUT only when the Main and Signal crosses before (mostly they cross lower than 25).

What is the logic for this rule? Can anybody help me?

Thank you! 🙂

Hello,

you can setup a variable. When Main crosses Signal you set it to 1 otherwise it is 0. If the variable is 1 then you can check for another follow up condition. This way, using variables you can chain multiple conditions. Let me know if you need an example and provide more details on your trading rules

Your rules are a bit confusing.

try to list what is supposed to happen in sequence… and then is easier to help you.

Ah, okay…working with variables is the clue. 😉

I ‘ll try it first on my own. When  I need more help I’ll come back!

Many thanks! Great Forum! ^_^
