understand angle parameter of indicator

we have many ideas, searching for trends and breakouts…
One of the most of profitable trades are short trades with high volume und
EA Wizard provide an angle of a indicator, in example of website with CCI.
to understand thisone is little difficult i think.
Now i like to setup a profitable strat. for breakout with a MA angle strat !

First i try to setup angle of a SMA 10 with a angle >30.
So in screenshots the results…

Question:
How define the angle of the indicator SMA 10 > 30 ?
angle from the last bar or is the angle global from 30 degree ?

If we can define the angle of MA, so we can define different from side market to long or short trend market
and set an profitable market order.
