Same data, same settings different results in 2 PCs.

I narrowed the test period to 1/6/2016 ‘“ 11/11/2016

USDJPY 60 min, 2 pip spread, 1 slippage, 20$ commissions.

Trades don’â„¢t match, not even direction sometimes (desktop has extra-long), closing prices don’â„¢t always match!

How is this possible?? Third PC different results to make things even more complicated¦.

Which SQ installation should I trust? What can I do?

How can SQ installations in different PC has different results? Again all settings & data exactly the same

Hello,

you mentioned you used the same data but I see the difference. I one case you used USDJPY fhdb but USDJPY TS in other case. If strategy, data and settings are the same there is no reason for the difference

Data handling differences between MetaTrader and NinjaTrader/Tradestation
Difference in data There is difference how candles (bars) are computed and drawn in each platform, for example:
ï‚· in MetaTrader4, 15 minute candle with time 13:15 means candle that started at 13:15:00, and it consists of data from 13:15:00 to 13:29:59
ï‚· in NinjaTrader and Tradestation, 15 minute candle with time 13:15 means candle that ended at 13:15, so it consists of data from 13:00:01 to 13:15:00
