Importing Tick Data From DukasCopy Strategy Error 1

Hi,

Getting this error SEVERE EXCEPTION testing strategy Error 1: Times between base and main TF don’t match!!

When tryiing to run tick data in Build new Strategies in StrategyQuant

Is there a fix for this, have tried to reload tick data and redownload from Tick Downloader but get same issue?
