How Do I: Count the last X lowest Lows / Highest Highs ?

I’m trying to create a test that counts the last X number of lowest lows/highest highs in a given time period

 

e.g. I want to check that my current price is lower that than the last 3 lowest lows (not the last 3 lowest bars)  

 

I’m thinking that I’ll need to use the fractal indicator?  Is there any function within SQ wizard that could be helpful?
