Hello, a friend of mine, private and proprietary trader made this educational video. He has 25+ years with mechanical trading, 2 books, and a 3rd coming. He teaches institutions, mostly in the energy industry how to trade and some banks.

He doesnt give you the exact parameters of these 2 particular systems but he does give you the basic blueprint of how they work.

This is the best clue you will get to truly professional trading.

He’s range trading. Been doing it for years.

Breakout(from range) trend following, and mean reversion. Depending on the product, the trend following system will usually take 60-100% profit after an ATR target is reached. I’ve spoken to him a bit on them since posting this.

I actually have 2 systems running in the public myfxbook link inspired by those and his books.
